The available accommodations didn’t fully meet travelers' needs, resulting in friction between owners, managers, and guests.

Job Brief

As a Business Development & Licensing Assistant, you will assist with real estate zoning and property research online using multiple sites including iMapp and CoStar ---------- Google Drive, downloading and organizing documents will include the building and management of file systems in Google Drive and Updating Google Sheets.


Qualifications
3 years of online research experience involving legal, real estate zoning and property research
3 Years of Experience in real estate and Property Management
Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Great attitude, detail-oriented, able to follow verbal and/or written directions and complete tasks accurately and on time.
