Part time Web Developer

We are expanding our business for curly girls and need a Part-time WEB DEVELOPER with an opportunity to become full-time to maintain our website. I need someone to redesign the online shop in both English and Português. Someone who can arrange the shipping methods, add products and blog posts. Also, someone who can make a website for our online course platform for hairstylists. The user flow, layout, fonts, and graphics should reflect web trends in 2021.
You must have:

Three years of documented experience in websites. Provide links and a portfolio to the work you have done.
Knowledge of branding.
Mastery of conversational American English, including what is used in marketing communications.
College ---------- puter, high-speed Internet connection.
Ability to “think” like our prospects and customers.
Willing to work EASTERN TIME
Can do Creative Graphic design that is aligned with the brand
