Designer for a "where we've lived" map for 5"x7" picture frame

This should be a fun design for my ---------- needs to be a "where we've lived" type of map.

Each of the places we've lived should have a pin, and then an enlarged photo (provided) with the name of the city under the enlarged/zoomed photo, with something connecting the photo to the pin on the city.

There should also be something connecting the locations in order, maybe an arrow, or car, or plane, or something.

The map should be more characterized than realistic, but the locations of the pins should be accurate per USA.

The locations in order:

1) Sioux Falls, South Dakota
2) Duluth, Minnesota
3) Rochester, Minnesota
4) Memphis, Tennessee
5) Albuquerque, New Mexico

For the Rochester, MN photo, please edit out my parents from the picture before using it tho. I can provide the FB page of the restaurant if you need a model.

On the design, the spelling of each location should use the state abbreviation tho, so the spelling is as follows:

Sioux Falls, SD
Duluth, MN
Rochester, MN
Memphis, TN
Albuquerque, NM

The final picture should be hi-res for a 5" x 7" standard picture frame.

I have the 5 photos once we begin.
