Job Definition -

We need an employee for full-time work (40 hours per week) in the field of content writing and editing on a Real Estate, especially in Facebook.
the basic salary is 150$ per month, but every visitor that is interesting in our site that you will refer to us his details from the F"B - you will get 5$ bonus more, so you can get more then 150$ Bonus by success

Most of the activities will be based on our wordpress traveling websites

Note: I assume you have background and experience in only some of these issues,
and it is fine and makes sense
But, I am asking that you specify and give a mark between 1 to 10
on the issues that you have the required experience in
And the issues which you know less

Background of the required activity:
a) The activity will be focused in the following directions:
1. Activity in English only.
Focusing on the American and Canadian markets, other English-speaking countries and Western Europe.
A general background or at least an understanding of the world of affiliates and\or online marketing is important on this job –

b) The job will require daily tasks
And from your side - Submission of a detailed daily report on Excel at the end of each working day, which will list your actions on that day.
c) Please note that I pay in +PayPal+
And I absorb the transaction fee meaning the amount mentioned is the net amount you get to your PayPal account
d) The salary is a salary of $ 350 a month a full time position of 40 hours per week.
e) The working hours are 9:00 till 17:00
with 30 minutes of a lunch break

There is an option that can be coordinated with me to change the hours to the following

10:00-18:00
or 11:00-19:00
g) An employee that will work for me in this position will oblige to this being their only job, meaning – they will NOT do any other work or any other activities at the same time.
h) In terms of payment times – the payment will be paid in the following manner:
In the first month, the salary payment will be delivered on a weekly base
In the next five months I will pass the salary payment every two week-
on the 15 and on the 30 of each month,

From the 6th month onwards-
The payment will be given once a month, meaning on the 30th or 31st of each month.

i) Additionally to the wage frame mentioned please notice
I do pay 13 salaries as is common in the Philippines
Meaning, according to the proportionate share of the time you’ve worked till the 25\12.
j) Please note I am interested in Long term hiring
k) I do not provide SSS insurance – nor do I pay any additional costs for this insurance or at all,
As far as I’m concerned it is included in the wages I’ve mentioned
l) I give days off, when discussed prior and according to your choosing according to the Philippine OR Muslim holidays
