Operations Manager

We've got a fast growing team based in Davao, Philippines and have the need for a Full Time Operations Manager to help continue our growth.

We run Business Development And Sales Campaigns Mainly for Australian Based Businesses. All of Our campaigns are Non-Voice and backed by world class systems, training and support.

Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Recruitment Of New Team Members
2. Assistance In Onboarding And Managing New Clients
3. Ongoing Team Training & Management
4. Implementing and driving new standards of accountability
5. Helping Existing team develop professionally and personally.

We're also very stable, most of our team have been working with us for more than 2 years
