Propel Commerce ( ---------- ) is a rapidly growing Shopify app company and makes some of the top apps in the Shopify app store.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Node / React Developer to join our team and help us build the apps and features our merchants need to grow their businesses.

If you have start-up hustle, an entrepreneurial mindset and at least 5 years of software development experience with 1+ years of that being Node / React specifically then you should come work with us!

Previous experience with Shopify is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Planning, designing and coding new features
- Building out new Shopify apps in new categories
- Following test-driven development and writing extensive unit tests for your code
- Improving the functionality and UI/UX of our apps so customers love using them
- Optimizing the performance of our apps to reduce server load and improve reliability
- Solving escalated support tickets from support staff
- Attend all mandatory meetings via Zoom including daily standup, sprint planning and backlog refinement meetings
- Be on-call during high traffic shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday Cyber Monday long weekend)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a developer or software engineer
- 1+ years of experience with Node.js and React
- Knowledgeable in cloud platforms (preferably Heroku), CI/CD solutions, DevOps principles and background task management
- Experience with agile and lean principles and practices
- Experience with manual and automated testing practices

Working hours:
- 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays
- Choose your own hours (with the exception of mandatory meetings)

Compensation:
- 80,000 to 120,000PHP/month
- 13th month bonus (based on salary paid in the year divided by 12)
