Outreach Specialist & Appointment Setter

Job Overview:

We are looking for a VA to assist in Sales, Cold Outreach, Follow Up & Appointment Setting for my relationship coaching business, “Find Your Spark LLC”. I help single men develop more confidence, better social skills, and find love. (add success stories)

Responsibilities:
You will be reaching out to prospects, connecting with them to uncover the problems they’re experiencing in their dating & love life. Once you find out what they are struggling with and what they want, you will offer them a free 30 minute strategy call from a professional dating & relationship coach. This position would begin in a limited capacity with the early potential of growing into a full-time position for someone who is ambitious and successful at the role.

The right candidate should have great English speaking and writing skills, willingness to learn, a great attitude, drive for greatness, interest in people, dating, and relationships, persuasive and enthusiastic, and attention to ---------- is preferred that they have solid experience in cold outreach (email, calling, FB, IG, Linked-in, etc.), appointment setting, sms/email follow up, and sales. The person should have good communication skills, and ideally, be familiar with or at least interested in the problems men experience in their dating & love life.

Great english skills (written and oral)
Willingness to follow directions and learn
Great communication skills
Keeping track of numbers:
# of message sent, # of people who responded, # of calls booked

Tasks may include:

- Appointment Setting with cold outreach & FB ad leads
- Facebook ---------- & messaging
- Facebook group posting & follow-up
- Facebook group mining
- Potential for Discovery Call & Demo Call handling
- Potential for growth in leading a sales team
- Creating spreadsheets for tracking leads & conversations

Time & Compensation:

Although we will begin this position with 10hrs of weekly work, it can quickly grow into a more involved position if the candidate produces results and hits benchmarks. There is even potential of shifting to a commission-based structure with higher earning potential if it makes sense based on results & level of success at the job.

This position has a starting wage of $3/hr + $1 for every call that’s booked + $20 for each person who signs up for coaching. We will begin on a trial basis. If the targets are being hit after the trial period the candidate will be officially offered the position on an ongoing basis.
