Web Developer

Must have following qualifications

1. Comprehensive understanding of PHP and MYSQL
2. Wordpress programming skill a MUST. Should be able to slice and dice WordPress platforms like StudioPress.
3. Strong hold on HTML, cascading style sheets, java script
4. Competent in System Administrative tasks (setting up and managing servers)
5. Must be a TEAM-PLAYER and coordinate VERY well with Graphic Designers.
6. API development experience (not required, but would be considered plus)
7. Ability to tackle larger tasks with a lot of detailed points (e.g. attention to detail).
8. Project management experience (working with a team and helping junior team members)
9. Good written and spoken English.
10. Comfortable with daily Skype calls for team meetings and one-on-one chats.
11. High attention to detail.
12. Not afraid to question, clarify, make suggestions when you don’t understand or can see areas for improvement
13. 2 years web programming experience

In this position, you would be slicing and dicing the designs that our graphic designer creates. We primarily use StudioPress theme in WordPress.

Having WordPress programming experience is a MUST.

You must be able to read English fluently to avoid confusion and delays.

Communication and RELIABILITY is an essential key to the position and right person.

You will work from your home. The following are required:
- You have a reliable and working PC.
- You have a reliable and fast Internet connection.
- Must be willing to attend daily status meeting

We will not accept lack of internet connection or problems with PC as excuse for not being able to deliver the services.

Your PERFORMANCE BONUS will be depend on the accuracy and quality of the delivery.

You must be available also on Skype during working hours. You must be VERY well organized to manage your time and tasks.
