JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Amazon paid advertising wizard to join us! If you enjoy and have experience with keyword targeting, collecting and analyzing data, creating, testing, improving and reporting on ad campaigns and are motivated by finding the cause and effect in the world of ads - you should keep on reading.

Our Company:
We are an 8-year-old e-commerce company based in San Juan Puerto Rico. We manufacture, import and sell a wide range of apparel and accessories on Upgrade to see actual info. The products are sold under multiple brands and range from clothing, socks and soft accessories. We are a market leader in many product categories such as athletic socks, yoga socks, swim shorts, bathrobes and many more. Our main brand is: Upgrade to see actual info.

The business is managed by the founder, a director of operations, logistics director and supported by a business analyst and an awesome team in the Philippines and China. You would report to the Operations Director.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced performance marketing professional to help us optimize and scale our Amazon PPC account. We have over 60 SKUs and hundreds of child SKUs so this is no small feat! You’ll be working closely with the management team to inform our PPC strategy and help ensure we maintain healthy profit margins for all our products.
Managing and optimizing ads on Amazon can make or break a product and particularly a launch. We are looking for the person who is motivated and excited about taking full responsibility for these aspects.
We are not looking for someone to simply execute on tasks, but a person who can analyze a product, understand it and make data-driven decisions to optimize keyword targeting and coordinate with the keyword manager for organic keyword optimization. You will be given challenges and responsibilities and expected to proactively deliver solutions and results without the need for much follow up. You will also be reporting on ad performance on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:
Analyse our current campaign structures and Upgrade to see actual infoditing historical campaign performance and identifying key performance Upgrade to see actual inforving as your own project manager. You will be dealing with multiple SKUs, both seasonal and Upgrade to see actual infot spend targets for each SKU based on historical ad and product performance data
You must be highly organized and able to service multiple projects simultaneously
Keeping teaUpgrade to see actual infombers informed on the status of PPC performance and its impact on other parts of operations. This will include colleagues in marketing and management.
Stay up to date on best practices within the ads space

What you bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Amazon PPC
You must be comfortable analyzing and understanding various campaign structures so that you can build new campaigns to improve return on ad spend
Proven experience in keyword research
You must be able to quickly analyze and understand product performance and how PPC impacts this
Experience with Google Ads Editor
Solid organizational skills, detail oriented, team player, self-motivated and a good communicator.
Expertise in Excel and Pivot Tables preferable
Native or near native English level preferred
Motivated: Must be willing and able to occasionally work up to 60 hours per week

Pay: 2,000 - 3,500 USD per month depending on experience and skills with the potential for a 5-10% year-end target bonus. For the right person, there is opportunity for advancement and taking on additional responsibilities.
