Facebook Marketplace Drop shipping VA

In need for a VA to manage and scale our Facebook Marketplace Drop shipping business in the UK. (Please note you must be able to chat in English very fluently as this is very important when selling to the UK Facebook Marketplace.)

Typical tasks during normal work day:
- Required to list items onto on FBM using a tool to make the task much easier than manually. Or in some cases list manually from sites like eBay, amazon etc
- Be very active and ready to chat to customers, help them make a sale, bundle items together, etc
- update simple google sheet to keep track of all the items, profits, orders etc

REQUIREMENTS:
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Must be good with using a computer
- Must Keep Google Sheets of product research, orders, fees and profits.
- Must be able to communicate with buyers in English with a friendly manner and be good converting sales over chat.
- Decent researching skills
- Quick Learner
- Could rely on to work unsupervised

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- 2$-3$ an hour (Negotiable), Pay will increase based on performance
- 50% Profit share with all profit made above £1,000/Month
- Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
- 2 weeks vacation each year
- National holidays paid off
- 10% raise each year
- Work from home

- 40 hours of work each week
- Must be willing to learn and take assignments
- Must perform well as team
- Must meet deadlines 100% of the time
