Web Presence

My team and i are looking for an individual that can handle web presence for multiple sites. The sites include Real Estate, HVAC, and even a book as well as squeze pages and Social Media presence. we need this individual to Research and wright key word rich content. we need to do links between sites and be sure that we have engaging content on sites as well as on our social media presence. We also need sites to be changed and altered both layout and graphic to have a nice look that is soothing and easy to operate. i mainly have wordpress sites but i do have a couple that have joomla running. it is my desire to change those ones to wordpress also.
