SEO Team Leader/ Manager

Job Specifications:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and methodical individual to help the VideoJug marketing team achieve SEO elements of the marketing strategy. The required applicant needs to have an excellent understanding of marketing, and in particular search engine optimisation (SEO). The SEO team leader will manage a team of workers to deliver ROI through SEO/ Link-building to the Videojug marketing team.

Responsibilities include:
• Support the marketing department to increase user visits and external links to the VideoJug website.
• Manage, recruit and train employees on key search engine optimisation strategies, including external link development.
• Perform SEO tasks such as keyword research, external link-building, and ranking report analysis.
• Ability to manage a number of outsourced workers, and liaise with the Videojug management team.
• Actively promote links to Videojug by posting to social bookmarking, social networking, relevant communities, blogs, answer sites, directories, and networks.
• Support the management of the Search Engine Optimisation Strategy.
• Perform keyword research using a variety of online tools, and support Videojug’s content strategy.

Requirements:
• At least two years SEO experience.
• Excellent SEO knowledge, and a full understanding of recent industry news.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of the Internet and how it works.
• The ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word is compulsory.
• A PC, and a quick Internet connection is needed, as this is a work-from-home job.
