Hi
I run a video production company based in the United States. My clients are predominantly in the wedding film, nonprofit, or branded commercial industries.
Responsibilities:
We're hiring a commission-based lead generation expert to provide the following deliverables
-Deliver a list of leads likely to hire my company for one of the above films
-Meet in a video call every week
-Strategize next steps to follow up with our key targets. The tools can be in the form of:
- SEO
- Cold
- PPC ads
I'm not an expert in Lead Gen, so I'm looking for someone in this position to be able to take the lead and create a plan. I'm open to your ideas to get money in the door. The more I make, the more you make.
Minimum Requirements for this position:
-Fluency in English
-Availability to meet over zoom/video call once weekly or biweekly. - (We don't care if your workspace is messy - we care about your work :) )
-Demonstratable success in lead generation
Compensation:
- Php 20,000 per closed deal*
*Meaning: If you bring a client to the table, this client books me & pays their deposit, you get paid Php 10,000.
*Also open to a larger percentage-based commission!
* Currently all of my lead gen comes from past referrals, so whatever way we approach this will be easy to track!
Our preference is to find someone looking for long-term employment and understand part of that dynamic is to nurture the individual in this role with training and support, paired with frequent raises. We're looking for someone exceptionally committed to seeing the long-term success of our production work. This individual is willing to go above and beyond, and we can show the same level of support. If you want to be considered, include the word "lemongrass" in the first paragraph of your cover letter.
At a minimum, please share a resume and cover letter showcasing your qualifications for this role. In addition, we'll give notably preferential consideration to individuals who give their personality profile and give a market analysis of how I should be approaching lead generation, or make a video telling me why you want this role.
Thanks so much for the consideration.
