Appointment Setter/ Virtual Assistant

I need to reach out to all home rentals and hotels in a small area of Costa Rica, 200 estimated. I am looking for someone who speaks both English and Spanish, is confident in setting appointments via email or phone call, can find contact information through online research, can generate a potential customer list through online research.
Potentially looking for a virtual assistant if we work well together on this project.
