We are looking for a SUPER organised rock-star to join our team. Primarily based out of London, we create luxury events for private clients around the world.
You will be working with the Creative Director/CEO and three sales managers, supporting them in creating and implementing systems for organising the pre-production side of every event. This will include:
- Taking notes at meetings, and sending
- Creating contracts for performers and sending them out
- Updating our performer contact sheet as we hire new people
- Booking travel for the team and then logging into relevant folders
- General admin tasks such as ordering business cards, uniforms, etc
- Assisting the bookkeeping by uploading costs into a dedicated spreadsheet per event
