Full-time HR Manager for E-commerce DTC Company

Hey there, we are a growing E-commerce company and we are looking for someone to be our Rockstar HR Manager. If you have experience with humans managing in companies, writing policies and procedures, HR Manuals, Employee and Contractor Handbook, Hiring Guides, Job Descriptions, etc / have strong knowledge in the end to end process of Human Resource from recruiting and hiring, onboarding and offboarding including payroll you can be our HR Manager (and become Lead of HR dept. if your abilities are great), and eligible for AMAZING BONUSES and a great long-term career.


Job responsibilities:
- Managing the company employees and keeping everyone in synch
- Conduct regular group calls to employees to check on the performance
- Onboarding new joiners and keeping good record of all legal documents
- Work with other managers on the creation of processes and keeping various records of the company.
- Manage human resources operations including recruitment, staffing, on-boarding, succession planning, training
- Creates company culture
- Handles employee issues and problems
- Creates strategies, goals, and other team-building efforts
- Conducts interviews, training of new hires

Technical skills needed:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills
- Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to partner across multiple functions within an organization with the aptitude to set and meet deadlines.-
-A proactive, high energy attitude geared towards achieving continuous improvement.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external Tea ---------- mbers.
-Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures; computers and relevant software applications; customer service principles and practices.
- Critical thinking/problem-solving proficiency
- Willing and eager to learn new concepts
- Responsible and reliable personality
- Fast and reliable computer and internet service – MUST have alternate workspace/connection options available in event of power/internet outage
- Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PHT
