Wordpress expert to create a video course & membership site

Wordpress expert needed to create a video course & membership site which allows members to have group chats among themselves.
The site will host paid video content and have paid membership areas.
High level requirements have been d ---------- but exact execution has not.

Please prepare a detailed outline (plan) for the website with your application and start your application with the word "group chat" to ensure you've carefully read the description.
Please outline the following:
- What WordPress LMS plugin will you use?
- How will you create the group chats? (using AtomChat or Grupo Pro or another?)
- How will you protect certain parts of the site only for paying members?
- How long will the build take in total?
