Experienced Marketplace Senior Developer For Exciting Project

We need a marketplace scripting, this will allow people to list their products, set a price, description, picture etc. Like Amazon multiple people will be able to list on the same listing.

Specifications:
Responsive

Backend for uploading products, CSV upload needs to be available

XML output per seller of their products etc, to allow integration with third party channel management soft (e.g Linnworks, Channel Advisor)

Encrypted Data for personal information

Ability to take payments using paypal payment pro

Commission on sales needs to be set at a default 5% per seller with the
ability to set customer Commission for certain sellers.

Customers (on first paid purchase) need to be able to verify their age using a customer sign up process which requires an automated age check (API will be provided) if this fails a photo of ID will be required to be uploaded via sign up process (on mobile use of camera will be required) - This will be checked and vetted by us on upload, once an account is set up it will be set as verified.

Internal Mail System - Like Amazon there needs to be an Internal Email for sellers and customers

Terms and Conditions pages need to be made and accepted by customers

Design will be guided but done by our chosen developer.

Categories will be set by default, sellers will list within certain categories.

+ All usual features of an Ecommerce store, search, invoices to be sent on sale.

Social Media:
Links to all products + Picture to be uploaded to our Pinterest.

Google Shopping
We need a feed of all products for Google Shopping

This is a great project with customers waiting to be part of it. We are also offering 2% of revenue (NOT JUST PROFIT) for the chosen developer for the first 6 months. After the first 6 months, 1% of all revenue will be paid monthly for the next year. 18 months total.

We have customers already approved to join the marketplace, our own sales should atleast pay the original development cost in commission if we work together to get it right.
