WordPress Wizard Needed to Build Site

I am in need of hiring somebody to help me build my wordpress site, along with helping me create a nice looking opt in form and set up automatic email of the freebie to be sent to people that join my email list, along with sending out future emails to people on email list. Might need more later, but these are the main things.
