Business Analyst/Revenue Manager

The role would be a full time work from home opportunity
As business analyst you will be responsible for reporting on all aspects of the Holiday Rental Management business.
As Revenue Manager you will be responsible for managing the revenue and pricing structure of the properties we look after,
through analysis of the market and software reports available.

The ideal candidate will be able to:
Identify high demand periods and modify nightly rates appropriately
Compete business statistical reports to help with analysis of revenue and pricing
Work in conjunction with the Holiday Rental Adviser team to maximise all revenue opportunities
Optimise rates by analysing and forecasting future demand
Implement and manage AirDNA and Keydata software programs with in the business
Drive the analysis that helps us make informed pricing decisions for properties
Prepare holiday rental opportunity reports for possible new business
Prepare management analysis reports for lost business.

Experience working in revenue management in hospitality industry essential
Understanding of Short Term Rental Management would be helpful
Experience with Airdna or Keydata would be a bonus
It is essential you will have excellent analytical skills and excellent skills in Excel.
