Google Ad assistant

We are a wine tour company in Australia looking for someone to manage our google ad campaign. We would like someone who will be able to adapt the ad with current google search terms to increase our customer base.
We are currently spending AUD$1000 a month on google ads - I am happy to increase this but we must get more customers.
