Seeking a Personal/Business assistant

HI, I am a business owner in the U.S. We own several different online businesses and building more regularly. I am needing someone to help with daily tasks, running some of the sites completely and more. Below is a list of items you will be working on but not limited to this list. We will grow together.

Data Entry
Excel
Word
Personal Assistant
Web Research
Email Response
Shopify Management
Personal Projects
Website Order Processing
Google docs
Google Calendar
Social media, Facebook, Twitter, Linkden, Pinterest etc.
and other ongoing projects

Your Requirements: Communicate Regularly. IE video chat, Email, Google Docs, Whats App, Google hangouts Etc.
You will create spread sheets to track our communication, your hours worked, pending projects, completed projects, your pay schedule, Etc. This will need to be done for every different website or project we are working on.

I also need you to be available for other misc. tasks and favors that come up.
We will establish an hourly wage and you will track your hours and submit to me when you want to get paid.

YOUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY WILL BE TO SUPPORT ME. REMIND ME OF TASKS, ISSUES, PROJECTS FOR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS.

You will attend to Ebay, Amazon, and Shopify emails, orders, issues etc.

Our Requirements: To support YOU. Anything you need at any time in order to complete your tasks.

I am flexible and understanding to your current work or personal life. Just stay in contact with me and complete tasks on time.

Proficient/fluent English communication is a MUST.

We will start slow with smaller easier projects ideally working up to full time work. Ideally you will end up running the day to day projects for each website.

PLEASE NOTE! I NEED AN ASSISTANT TO RUN MY ENTIRE LIFE, PERSONAL AND BUSINESS. YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN EVERY ASPECT OF MY LIFE. FROM BUSINESS, BIRTHDAYS, ANNIVERSARIES, BOOKING FLIGHTS, SOCIAL MEDIA AND MORE.
