Full Time Graphic Designer

Hello!
We are interviewing for a long-term designer to assist in a plethora of ongoing graphic design and art opportunities.
The right candidate will be able to effectively create artwork including but not limited to:
• Logo Design
• Presentation Design
• Social Media Graphics
• Apparel Art Design
• Variety of Vectorized Art

Please Note: We are looking for a dedicated designer that will be on an established team. We have over 8 years of experience in a full-scale digital marketing agency and are launching into a multitude of new verticals of which you will be part of. We will provide additional details during the interview.

About You:
• You must have efficiency in proper graphic design software (more than simply Canva).
• You must have a creative vision while also understanding quality, trendy design, and aesthetics.
• You must be a team player and have a “Get The Job Done” attitude.
• You must be dependable, trustworthy, and provide proof of experience.

About Compensation
• The first month is a trial month for which you will be paid weekly upon fulfillment of work to establish a trust for both parties.
• Compensation is base pay plus bonuses and pay increases based on performance and loyalty, as well as the ability to grow and expand your skillset.
• After the trial period, our compensation is a bi-monthly payout based on salary. We will cover this throughout your interview process.
• Willing to negotiate and work with you on your schedule. Please be forthcoming during the interview process of your availability and desires.
• We pay on time!
