VA / process manager shopify dropshipping store

ROLE
As a Virtual Assistant within our team, you are the leader of the products that are added to our shop. As a VA, you can quickly connect with the people in our team and you are prepared to take over the entire product process from A-Z. Dropshipping is known for easily testing new products at a rapid pace. Therefore, it is important that our shop has new products ready daily so that we can achieve consistent sales every month. As a full-time Virtual Assistant, you are therefore not afraid of this challenge and you know exactly how to ---------- om copywriting to finding product photos to importing the product with the right prices, nothing is too crazy for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up 3-6 products every day
- You follow the rules of our copywriting strategy
- You know how to import the product with the right prices to our Shopify store
- Use your own creativity to find the best product images for our products
- Pro-active and always looking for the new ways to improve the business
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
- Responding promptly to the overal manager wants and needs
- Communicating through our communication channel
- Be pro-active and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the company.
- Perform any task assigned by our manager.

RESULTS
- Set up 3 products every day - You’ll take over the whole process, from importing the product to writing the product description and setting up the right prices
- Take care of the managers whole product process and take full responsibility for it
- Think of options yourself to improve this process
- Achieve targeted KPI´s
- Communicates with the general manager on a daily basis to ensure that the products you’ve imported are ready to advertise

REQUIREMENTS
- You love the business of e-Commerce and have always been interested in working into it.
- You speak English fluently
- You value delivery on time and you are a disciplined worker
