Guest Review Specialist ($5/hour) - Airbnb / Short-term Rental

Here at Sextant Stays - Vacation Rentals, we are currently looking for a Guest Review Specialist to join our team. We are a fast-paced growing vacation rental company based out of Miami ---------- eck us out at ---------- . The Ideal candidate should be experienced with Google Sheets/Docs, possess strong organizational skills, AirBnb & ---------- knowledge, etc.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Manager, respond and handle all guest reviews received via AirBnb, ---------- and other 3rd party booking channels.
*Compile guest review data on various spreadsheets for Operations leaders.
*Identify trends found in reviews that create a negative experience for Sextant Stays guests.
*Other related tasks as assigned.

This position will support the Reservations & Operations team during the hours of 9a-5p EST.
