VanLeeuwen Real Estate Advisors- Keller Williams Innovation is looking for a professional Outside Sales Representative to join us and support our growing team.
Responsibilities
Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various sources
Scheduling qualified appointments for Listing and Buyer specialists
Set weekly goals
Conduct lead and nurture follow up until all appointments are set
Skills and Qualifications
Professional business level English both written and oral
Communicates at a high level with other peers, superiors, clients, and in written and verbal form
Previous experience working in Real Estate is an asset but not necessary.
Available during EST 8:30 AM - 5 PM business hours
Communicates at a high level with other peers, superiors, clients and in written and verbal form
Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring
Create a sense of familiarity and comfort through their ability to build rapport
Organized, systematic and detail-oriented
Results-oriented and a high achiever, motivated and goal-driven
MUST HAVE: Confident telephone voice
What to expect: High-Performance Key Activities
Practice, memorize and internalize scripts
Attend training and establish role-play partners
Set up an “ideal week” that blocks time for activities designed to reach the goals
Prospect for new clients on a daily basis
Achieve expected contacts weekly per day calling: FSBO’s, Just Listed/Just Sold
Lead & nurture Follow- up each week
Convert any leads, nurtures, into qualified appointments for our agent team.
Manage contact database system
Willing to be held accountable for goals/ results
Measure conversion ratios and meet performance budgets
Schedule two-four appointments weekly after 90 days.
