VA - Marketing Specialist - 100%REMOTE

VanLeeuwen Real Estate Advisors- Keller Williams Innovation is looking for a professional and experienced Virtual Assistant with a specialization in DIGITAL MARKETING to join us and support our growing team from January 2022. As a marketing VA, you will support the branding and marketing strategy of our company and agents. You will familiarize yourself with our brand, mission, values, goals, and brand content accordingly.
Responsibilities

General Marketing
Brand and manage team Youtube channel
Create content for engagement & growth
Implementation & follow-up of 36 touch program
Create and manage all listing marketing, coming soon, just listed, just sold, and any branding campaigns
Develop marketing materials & advertising campaigns from conception to completion in a timely and effective manner.
Manage agent branding
Update social media calendar
Manage Email marketing campaigns to our database & increase engagement
Manage the outsourcing of any projects on an as-needed basis.

Facebook Specifics
Group & page management: VIP page, Scripting Page, Team page, Future pages
Build a page for agents for the intent of engagement & recruitment ---------- eract & respond to all page inquiries, comments & messages.
Create, run and track Facebook paid ads campaign.

Skills and Qualifications
Professional business level English both written and oral
Previous experience working in Real Estate is an asset but not necessary.
You must be a real EXPERT with proven Facebook and Youtube experience
Besides Facebook and Youtube, you also understand Instagram and Linked In
You are familiar with Mailchimp & Google Drive.
FUB experience would be an asset- but not required.
