Sales Representative

Managing incoming calls and website chats, identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction through open and interactive communication
Assisting customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool
Scheduling/ booking meeting with the application processing team and consultants
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Generate sales leads, process customer accounts and file documents
Meeting the weekly assigned sales target

Job Requirements:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions including prospecting and leads research
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
1 or more years of sales or business development related experience
