Wordpress, Content Creator, Lead Generation and Mailchimp guru

I need an all round VA for a part time role ( 20 hours) with extended knowledge in Wordpress, Mailchimp and social media. The role requires you to put together guides for the website, draft it in Mailchimp and schedule social media posts.
Ideally looking for someone with proven track record to increase engagement on our social media platforms ( Facebook and Instagram).
