Konsyg is looking for a dynamic young Trainer/Coach to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will be responsible to identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm including enhancing the workforce’s skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work.
Responsibilities
Create and Execute training and learning objectives for B2B sales operations
Experience in providing sales training (focus on cold/outbound outreach training)
Evaluate individual learning and development needs
Design and implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Design and implement e-learning courses, workshops, and other training and tests/evaluations
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Help managers develop their tea
Skills
Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Knowledge in sales training/technology is a major plus
Having certifications is a major plus
