Support VA with Wordpress skills.

We are looking for a virtual assistant to support our website clients.

We manage a large network of websites and website owners regularly reach out via email and phone needing support. Support requests vary from small design and text changes, to larger website work. All our clients are happy so you will not often need to deal with negative emails. You would be responsible for lightning fast response times and managing these support requests. For smaller changes you can jump in and do them yourself... for larger support requests you can log a job with our IT team.

Our team is in Brisbane, Australia.

Your Duties and responsibilities

• Respond to emails as fast a possible.
• Create a great user experience for all our clients.
• Wordpress front-end design tasks
• Working in builders - most prominently Beaver Builder.

Requirements and qualifications

• Flawless english - both written and spoken.
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers


Work Conditions

• 9-5pm (GMT+8) Philippine Standard Time
• Philippine public holidays are paid
• Pay is fortnightly on a Friday
• We communicate regularly via Zoom, Slack, Trello.

Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
