JOIN FUN TECH COMPANY AS A FULL-TIME ACCOUNTANT PAY:PHP30,000-40,000/MONTH + BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a hungry and diligent Accountant who will ensure completeness and accuracy of our accounting books during this hyper-growth phase and be an integral part of our company for years to come. This full-time role is based in The Philippines and will be working closely with colleagues in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen and India.

The applicant must be up for a challenging, but rewarding experience creatively supporting our growing brand. We are looking for analytical team-players, go-getters with great attention to detail and strong multi-tasking ability to assist Finance Manager in running the Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, and provide finance support to operations, sales, logistics and HR functions. You will report to the Finance Manager.
Responsible for:
You will carry out the duties listed below for not only our Ampere brand where you will spend most of your time, but also our braag consulting business & our ervet bedding brand.
-Process all P2P, O2C and R2R accounting entries in Quickbooks Online
- Maintain proper chart of account to facilitate tracking of revenue by product by sales channel and tracking of expenses by detailed categories.
- Run monthly accounting closing and prepare monthly P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet for management review
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation and analyses of balance sheet accounts
- Ensure accounting transactions comply with IFRS. Give advice on best practice of accounting for complex transactions.
- Assist Finance Manager to streamline and improve accounting processes
- Preparing books for tax return
- Work with external auditor to perform annual audit
- Prepare report on receivables from all sales channels (e-commerce sites, wholesale customers, crowdfunding)
- Initiate employee and supplier expense payments
- Maintain vendor database in Quickbooks
- Push for collection, monitor cash balance to ensure we have enough fund to fulfill expense payments.
- Assist in preparing materials for all funding initiatives, such as government funding, external loans and capital raising

The list of must-haves:
- You are qualified accountant having at least 3 years of solid experience in accounting operations preferably in retail / ecommerce / fast moving consumer goods companies
- You are super analytical, good with numbers and with preparing financial reports, an absolute excel/google sheets wizard (VBA / Power Query / Power Pivot a plus)
- You are highly organized, have great attention to detail and always hit your deadlines
- You have financial software experience including Quickbooks Online
- You are comfortable working remotely and multi-tasking in a fast-paced startup organization
- Pristine written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding of HK and US taxes is a plus but not mandatory.
