Hi, I am looking for a female trainer to help keep me accountable to improve my fitness, my flexibility and my well-being. I am a professional woman over 50, and have neck and shoulder pain so I need some remedial exercises to help with that. I would be looking for mobility exercises and stretching , Pilates, strength and aerobic that I can do at home and at the gym. We would have a 30-45 minute zoom training session 4 days a week and you would plan out for me what else I need to do so I don’t need to think. You could do that on Asana or some other way to be discussed. You would check in on me via slack to remind me and make sure I’m keeping up.
I am looking for someone who has a good qualification in fitness, Pilates, personal training, Physiotherapy, exercise physiology or related field.
