LOOKING FOR DEDICATED VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for someone to assist us in answering and transferring calls. Also, someone who can help us answer chat inquiries from our website. Must have American accent

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls between 6AM – 5PM Pacific time, Mondays through Fridays
, Must have American accent
• Respond to chat inquiries from our website
• Posting adds on social media
• Assist customers with their inquiries in a timely manner
• Research and data entry work – when not attending to any calls or chat inquiries

Qualifications and Skills
• Customer service experience of two years preferred
• Strong communication skills – both written and oral
• Should have a reliable internet connection

Other details:
• Must be willing to work graveyard shift, US Pacific time
• Pay negotiable
• Can work part-time or full time
