Virtual Assistant

We are a social media agency run by two passionate women from Canada. At our agency, we build custom social media packages for clients and help them create impactful brands on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. We are looking for support in the following two areas:

1. Graphic design
- Graphic creation for social media posts using clients brand packages
- Willingness to learn the values and brand voice for each client and use that for graphics creation

2. Office and Admin
- Answering emails and scheduling
- Hashtag and ideal client research for clients
- Lead generation
- Other various admin work

Skills required:
- Familiarity with Canva
- Strong communication skills (in English)
- Flexible work hours
- Strong understanding of social media (especially Instagram and Facebook)

Preferences:
- Interest in graphic design and social media
- Eager to learn
- Happy, positive energy
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
