We are looking for a REAL ESTATE VA who can handle the administrative functions of the CRM and COLD CALLING TASKS /APPOINTMENT SETTING with an entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to be part of a growing team.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• He/She will be responsible for establishing relationships with qualified leads (Cold calling);

• Ability communicate with the purpose of setting up appointments with sellers and buyers to view or list properties for sale
. Ability to multitask while communicating with prospects/leads and updating CHIME CRM with WARM and HOT LEADS


REQUIREMENTS:
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales role Candidates might be required to attend training sessions to gain a knowledge of prospecting and identifying warm real estate leads
• Strong communication skills and telephone manners with the ability to build solid relationships Knowledge of managing prospects and customer follow-up through a CRM
• Proficient in productivity and web-based tools such as;
- CHIME CRM
- IQDIALER
- GOOGLE PRODUCTS (Gsheets,Gdocs)
- FACEBOOK
- ZILLOW
- Available for Work 9:00am- 5:30PM Eastern Standard TIME ZONE
A high degree of professionalism; able to remain calm and rational in times of confusion, rapid change or pressure
Required to work between the hours of 9am -5pm EST (USA) [12hrs behind Philippine Time]

• Demonstrated ability to work co-operatively in an independent and/or team setting.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience working in CHIME CRM Platform Preferred
