POSITION DESCRIPTION
Full-time. You can work between 8 and 5 EST either remotely or at Grove City, Pickerington, or London, Ohio. Want to be part of a growing practice where you can make a difference? We are seeking an Intake Specialist who wants to be a real, essential member of a team and make an impact. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
The Specialist is an integral part of generating new business for the Firm and must recognize a qualified legal matter when they hear it.
The Firm is not accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
DUTIES
Data entry and database management.
Scheduling
Email
Report status of cases to clients.
Obtain evidence from the client at the time of the initial in-person interview, including photos of injuries, relevant documents, etc.
Billing and collections.
Posting on social media trademark, business, internet, criminal defense, litigation, and family law legal updates.
Write blogs.
Document management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent English speaker.
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience working in a law firm.
Attention to detail.
Strong organizational time and deadline management skills along with the ability to work confidently, efficiently, and independently under pressure and tight deadlines while being detail-oriented and having the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Solid interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
