We are seeking a General Virtual Assistant to assist our growing team. We want a smart person who can work with less supervision and can handle complex conversations in English. You must be able to speak in a professional, empathetic, and convincing way. We are looking for a dedicated job seeker someone who's interested in a long-term role and is not affiliated with other employers. This is a full-time role and the position will start directly at 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Data Entry/Transcribing
- Database management
- Respond to emails and live chat
- Assist in finding ways to improve current processes
- Report any issues/blockers to your direct manager
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct manager

Requirements/Qualifications:
- No other commitments/work/gigs (This is a full-time role)
- Strong command of the English language (communication and writing skills) | Neutral accent
- Must be proactive/responsive, and open to learning new things
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to multitask, fast learner, and problem solver
- Internet speed (At least 10 mbps and up)
- Internet back up in case of a power outage
- Computer speed (at least i3 processor) and fast typing speed (minimum 40 wpm)

Benefits:
- Starting salary of $400/month
- 13th-month pay (prorated)
- Paid off during PH holidays
- With 6 months probationary period and an increase of salary after the probationary period
- PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-Ibig monthly contributions may be given after the probationary period
