Specific Duties Performed:
• All aspects of transaction management
o Document management – upload documents to brokerage transaction system
o Insure that all parties receive copies of documents
o Work with all parties to acquire signatures as needed.
o Manage to contract deadlines via reminders / workflow in CRM for tasks assigned to this position.
o Experience with Trello is a BONUS, we use this to organize client files and folders
o Social Media experience with
o Communicate with all parties the status of assigned tasks of the transactions as needed / necessary per the individual transaction circumstances and guidelines.
o File storage as determined by agent employer.
• Client Concierge / Experience Management
o Manage client information in CRM system per processes determined by employing agent(s).
o Monthly client touches such as surveys, newsletters, birthday cards,
o Client concierge service provider during the transaction which includes task such as making sure the client has utility information, scheduling moving day pizza, coordinating closing gifts etc….
o Assisting employing agent(s) with organizing client parties and experiences.
• Administrative duties such as scheduling conference room times, general mailings and assisting with general marketing tasks.
Specific Skills Needed:
• PC savvy – including MS Office proficiency with Word including Mail Merge, Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint.
o Must be experienced with pdf files – splitting or combining them.
o Must be familiar with Cloud storage such as Dropbox.
o Must be familiar and have working knowledge of e-sign software such as DocuSign
