If you joined our team, we would train you:

- How to create brand styles, guides and graphics based on our proprietary brand personality system
- Our philosophy behind logo design that deliver images that create feeling
- Design strategy & consistency
- Philosophy behind a brand guide
- Using and creating brand elements based on logos and shapes from the business to extend brand's reach


The best fit for our team will have the following skills:

- Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign with intermediate skill level
- Create unique trademarkable vector logos in Illustrator
- Take a sketch or idea for a logo and turn it into a vector file
- Create custom vector icons & graphics for website use
- Ability to export logo files in PDF, EPS, AI, SVG, PNG, & JPG and understand the differences between all of them and what they are used for
- Create and update online banners for all social media sights, landing pages, as well as appropriate graphics for landing pages, digital & print PDFs and other media assets
- Compiling and creating brand guides
- Organize, maintain, prepare and deliver creative assets to distribute to internal teams, vendors & clients
- Assist in all phases of creative work from concept to production
- Produce digital assets and art according to specs, optimized for digital
- Maintain and ensure visual brand consistency across all channels; strong attention to detail
- Work collaboratively to define and deliver the most effective creative solutions
- Ensure that each brand is maintained consistently across all relative media and assets are produced at the highest professional standards


The best fit for our team will be:

- Fluent n English (MUST)
- Able to overlap a few hours during our US (Pacific) work day
- Available to attend our weekly tea ---------- eting
- Great at taking direction
- Self motivated and able to prioritize projects
- Eager to do tasks that stretch them and make them leave their comfort zone
- Passionate about hitting goals & driven
- Great at speaking up and asking questions when they aren't clear on what to do
- Interested in a long-term position with commission opportunities
- A fast mover who can adjust plans quickly
