NodeJS Fullstack Developer (Great pay, Cool Company, Bonuses)

About us:
We are a SaaS company that offers software tools for e-commerce businesses to streamline their accounting needs. We are looking to grow our team, starting with a new full-time developer that will assume more and more responsibilities as time goes on.

What we're looking for:
An experienced full stack developer to help with all the technical needs of our business. Our founding team has written most of the software so far, so we aren't looking for someone to build something from scratch. We are technically competent and are looking for someone to help keep us moving forward.
Our software is built with a Node.js backend and a React.js frontend that uses the Material UI framework. Our application is also Dockerized and running in the GCP Kubernetes Engine. We are looking for someone who is able to excel in all of those areas and act as a generalist that can handle any task. We aren't looking for someone to do a bunch of random tasks.
We are looking for a tea ---------- mber that can help our business be successful, however that may be.

We would like to get started soon, but we want to make sure that whoever we pick to be our new developer meets the following criteria:
- Must be able to speak English competently over phone and be available for video calls when necessary
- Experience with NoSQL database schemas
- Have lots of experience with Node.js & React.js
- Docker
- Proficiency with Git
Preferred experience but not required:
- Material UI
- UI/UX
- DevOps
- CSS
- Firestore
- Google Cloud
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with Marketplace APIs like MWS or integrated with any of the following (Xero,
QuickBooks, WalMart, Shopify, Amazon, or Etsy)

We recently raised some money and you would be our 3rd developer. We are prioritizing relevant experience and english proficiency.
