Hello,
We are looking for a great Store Manager to help us launch an exciting eCommerce brand in the food sector in the UK.
We are a well-funded company, and we want to invest to retain the best talent over the long term. Our company culture is respectful, highly collaborative, and sometimes fun too. But we are also very ambitious, we like to move fast, and we want daily communications with our entire team.
The role of Store Manager offers a high level of responsibility, which means great learning, strong pay, and a lot of influence on the growth of the business.
Your responsibilities as a Store Manager will include:
- managing the manufacturer and the logistics
- monitoring the advertising campaigns
- coordinating the updates to the website and to the social media profiles
- overseeing customer support
We (the founders) have done all of the above before, so if you don't have experience in these tasks but you really like this job description and you believe you could do well, we are happy to provide all the training you’ll need.
However, you must have these 3 skills:
1. excellent communication skills: send comprehensive and structured
2. meticulous in following our instructions
3. very persistent to see each task through to completion
Your work hours will have some overlap with UK business hours, because you will deal with people based in the UK - for example the manufacturer and the warehouse.
We are looking for your commitment over the long term. The job will start part-time (20 hours per week) until we generate sales. But we are looking for a long-term relationship, with the expectation that this role will become full-time (40 hours per week) once we start having sales.
