(VA) Virtual Assistant for Plants Business

Dream job for a plantito/plantita, we're looking for a full-time VA that would become a valuable team member for our plants business!

Our mission is to spread the love of plants to the world.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Support owners with meeting Sales goals
• Serving customers thru online platforms (Lazada, FB, IG, etc.)
• Consolidating orders and comparing vs on-hand stocks/invoices from suppliers
• Delivery of plants in their best condition which includes booking for shipments and coordination with the onsite team
• Recording Sales generated online on a daily basis

Requirements:
• Stable and reliable internet with backup
• Own equipment for work
• Experienced with FB and IG business
• Familiar/experienced with Asana, Trello, or any similar project management software
• Familiar/experienced with Google Docs, Sheets, MS Word, MS Excel, or similar
• Familiar/experienced with Lalamove, Grab, Mr. Speedy, and other booking apps
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn about aroids and other requirements that may arise from the role
