YouTube Business Associate

Vision: build a successful YouTube channel that delivers daily and reputable content that is simple to produce, highly popular and sought out for.

We are at the discovery phase for this project, which will have a minimum lifecycle of between 6-24 months. If this project is successful, we will be looking to replicate the project, and will employ all who took a critical role in the project.

The idea is to research YouTube trends, and build a successful YouTube channel whereby we are able to upload new content on a daily basis. The content needs to be simple, and ideally long-form (1 to 10 hours). An example of this are channels that produce music or alpha waves.

To begin with, we will need help with:
- conducting extensive research on popular YouTube channels and videos that fit within the description of what we wish to build
- research best practices employed by other YouTube channels and videos
- select a niche to focus on and build a game plan to execute.

After the discovery and planning phases are complete, we will need to employ between 1-3 videographers and video editors to create the daily content and have it ---------- om there it is a matter of frequently meeting and reviewing the results of the project, and taking action to optimize views and engagement.

There is a lot more to this project than I have listed, but in an attempt to keep things short, I have simplified the process.
