JOB OVERVIEW

• Developing, growing and retaining a portfolio of clients, and ensuring a strong
professional relationship with each of them.
• Working on targets based on revenue generated within your key accounts
• Liaising with marketing and product teams to ensure full support to customers
and optimisation of services provided
• Maximising customer potential through understanding their business and
analysing their commercial strategies and proposing the right marketing solutions
• Managing day-to-day client satisfaction
• Organising, attending and representing the company at business events and
exhibitions, if needed
• Supporting the team by participating in multiple development projects to increase
and strengthen the effectiveness of the Account Managers
• Preparing customers feedback and reporting to main stakeholders
• Monitor all customers activities daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
• Customer’s segmentation and service allocation (Tier1) - establish and develop
strategic relationships with key customers
• Keeping track of all customers profiles on Podio
• Plan and monitor and support games release on customers websites and optimize
such release by keeping track of customers promotions, game position, banners
and release dates.
• Identify new business opportunities within the existing customers portfolio and
support the team to achieve new goals.


• Have a background in the gaming industry (big advantage)
• Have previous experience in building and developing relationships with existing
customers - essential
• Be experienced in managing customer relationships - essential
• Have some technical familiarity with software development life cycle and software
release management it’s a bonus
• Have experience in marketing management and events - optional
• Have high Internet familiarity along with proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint,
Outlook, Excel, etc.) - essential
• The candidate will also have a proven and successful track record in establishing
strong and long-term customer relationships.
