Digital Marketer - Facebook and Youtube Expert

I am looking to hire a part-time Facebook Ads and YouTube Ads expert, who has experience in marketing ecommerce websites and service businesses, on a part time basis. If you consider yourself an expert in other platforms let me know. Ex. snapchat, tiktok, linkedin, etc. I am looking for someone who will work with me to help grow the business and then start to manage other accounts too.


You will play a lead role in client communication, while also helping to spearhead strategy and campaign initiatives.
Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, contribute to weekly/monthly client status calls with regular reporting on results.
Close collaboration with our internal team to assess and improve advertising performance.
Constant learning to improve your understanding of the paid marketing landscape.


To start with hours will be approx. 1 to 2 hours per day, but we then plan on growing. Where we take on new projects I will allow additional hours.

1) How many years of experience do you have?
2) On Average what monthly budget have you managed?
3) Have you successfully ran campaigns for ecommerce websites which have a ROAS of more than 2.5?
4) What is your best success in scaling up ads?

You must be able to speak excellent English, and written too. You must have over a year of experience with something to show.
