*Full-time / Mon-Fri / 8hrs/day / 12:30 AM - 9:30 AM Manila Time (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM US Pacific Standard Time, Los Angeles)

We are looking for Agent Recruiter to join our Team. The Recruiter will be implementing all active and passive recruiting systems as developed by the Company to attract and retain new agents and agency staff.

Responsibilities:
Coordinates and implements all active and passive recruiting systems as required by ---------- termines eligibility of agent candidates utilizing screening and interviewing techniques developed by the Company.
Administer agent referral program as developed by the Company.
Implement passive recruiting systems utilizing internet resources, job boards, and cold calling.
Implement multiple active recruiting systems, develop and maintain networking sources/centers.
Utilizes tracking systems to monitor and record recruiting activities
Recommends any recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selection procedures changes to Management.
Assist the Recruiting Manager in the training and development of new Recruiters.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Proficient in the English language both verbal and written
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of applicable recruiting or sales experience.
With recent experience in working graveyard
Excellent phone etiquette
A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
With a stable internet connection and backup
