JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Support/Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads, answering client inquiries and communicating their requirements via our project management tool. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter, proactive and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.
Prospect and create leads to identify appropriate clients within the target market
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects Track and Report Performance
Provide support to social media efforts
Answer social media inquiries
Direct contact with clients
Enter client requirements in a project management tool
Communication liaison between editor and clients
REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree or equivalent
Experience in Customer Support/Sales/Lead Gen
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Available 8 hours ( from 9am PST to 5pm PST) Sat and Sun Pacific Standard Time
