B2B Outbound Cold Caller and Appointment Setter

We are payment and telecommunication company looking for experienced cold callers and appointment setters that can nurture leads and set appointments for the team. This position allows you to work remotely from home.

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
*Prospect for new clients from various lead sources
*Schedule appointments for presentations and product demos.
*Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set.

An ideal candidate will have the following:
* Organized, High energy, Self motivated
* Ability to ask questions in order to identify the prospect’s needs
* Persistence (doesn’t give up easily)
* Enjoys talking to people
* Is not afraid of rejection and not discouraged by a “no”
* Confidence making cold calls and building rapport over the phone

Requirements:
* Fluent English with minimal accent
* Efficient with note taking
* Experienced using dialers
* Experience using a CRM is wanted but not mandatory

Tech Requirements:
* High Speed Internet (preferably 20 mbs or higher). If you do not have access to high-speed internet connection, please do not apply.
* Computer with fast processor
* High quality headset with mic for calls

Compensation
Starts at $6 CAD, as well as bonuses for appointments “met” and “closed”

Schedule
Part time position and leads to full time for the right person.
10-20 hours per week / 20-40 hours per month to start
Monday - Friday, (10am PST – 6pm PST)
