Html CSS JavaScript responsive website

Looking for someone who can copy a number of pages in HTML.

The pages we want to copy are already structured right, however we want to migrate them onto another platform.

The chosen candidate will be given 1 page to start off with, if he's successful they given the whole project.

We are not looking to hire for just one time. We are an agency, with upcoming projects. This may lead to a part-time and then full time gig.

Please do not apply if:

You do not have extensive, real, world experience in developing responsive websites using HTML, CSS

If you know JavaScript, angular it's a bonus.

You will be given a one page test.
